What Are 16g Certified Seats?
These seats meet the CFR XX.562 - Emergency Landing Dynamic Conditions regulations requiring the seats to meet strict criteria including the seat and occupant withstanding 16g crash forces (16 times the force of gravity). This certification ensures passenger safety during high-impact scenarios and demands rigorous testing and engineering precision.
Our Approach:
We initiated a comprehensive crash testing program to validate our solution. This involved 16g dynamic sled testing to ensure our cushions met the strict regulatory requirements of CFR 25.562. The result? A fully certified, high-quality product delivered on time.
