Each seat assembly includes premium leather covers, Genlite high-comfort foam cushions, and lightweight polyester seat diaphragms. Designed for easy DIY installation with minimal manipulation required.

Aircraft Eligibility:
- Bell 206 JetRanger (S/N 3567 and later)
- Bell 206 LongRanger (Manufactured from 1982 onwards)

Design:
Generation II – A modern redesign developed by our in-house team, making installation easy while improving ergonomics and cabin appearance.

Assembly Materials:
- Premium-grade aviation leather covers
- Genlite high-comfort foam cushioning
- Lightweight, durable polyester seat diaphragms

Features:
Each seat backrest includes an integrated adjustable lumbar support system. Seat diaphragms are engineered to stretch over existing factory frames using contact adhesive. Cushions and covers are then glued and wrapped around the diaphragm/frame for a secure fit. Installation is straightforward and engineered for precision – no frame or adhesive included.
